Elizabeth achieved high honors at Loyola University and has a bachelor of science in elementary education with an endorsement in mathematics. She currently holds a type 03 certificate for teaching. In the fall she and her husband, Christopher, coach soccer for the Evergreen Park District. Elizabeth has had numerous years working with children and adults with disabilities.

                                                                                         

Her husband, Chris, is the former Director of Youth Ministry for St. Bernadette Parish in Evergreen Park. He has a B.A. and M.A. in history and currently holds a type 09 certificate in the social sciences. Chris teaches history and political sciences at local community colleges.

Their son John is loving life with his baby brother Christopher II.. They both know how to smile brighter than the sun!
